We hope you love your new purchase! However, if something isn't quite right, you can return it in full or in part within 14 days of receiving your online order.

Important Information

1. Do not use the item you plan to return — it must remain new, with all sewn-in tags, labels, and protective stickers intact. Items must be returned unused with all 12 STOREEZ tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.

2. Returns are made at your own expense. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

3. To ensure your return is covered by our policy and reaches us promptly, please return items from the country where they were originally delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.

4. We cannot be held responsible for any returns made via other postal services.

5. Please provide your local phone number so that the courier can contact you to arrange the return pickup.

6. We cannot offer exchanges at the moment. If you want to exchange an item you received, please return it and place a new order.

7. Refunds for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders can only be issued as points to the customer's account.

How to make a return

Please review our Refund policy before initiating the return process on our website. Once you have confirmed that your return meets our policy, follow the steps below:

Register your return via this link or in your account. Enter the order number containing the item(s) you wish to return and select the reason for return. Please note, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Once you confirm your return by clicking the Submit button, you will receive the return invoice via email. Please print it out; we require this document to process your return.

Expect an email from the courier company with confirmation and all necessary documents within one business day. If you do not receive a shipping label via email, please contact our customer service

Remove any other shipping labels from the box. Have the printed return label (AWB) ready before the courier arrives and ensure the return invoice is included in the package.
The exact collection day for the return will be coordinated with you via a phone call from the courier company or noted on the return label you receive via email.
To return items from multiple orders, fill out separate return requests for each order. If possible, pack all returns into one box, include all return invoices, and send them as a single return shipment.

Hand over the parcel and the printed documents to the courier for return to our warehouse.

Refund Process and Times

Returns typically take 2–8 business days to reach our warehouse, excluding the time required for customs clearance.

You will receive an email once we process your refund.
If you haven't heard from us within 14 days, please contact our customer service.
Please keep proof of shipment with the tracking number until you receive your refund.

Once we receive your return, we aim to process refunds promptly.
Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or an alternative payment method specified during the return process.

Please note that we do not refund shipping fees or issue refunds to third parties.
