Linen

Freedom to be yourself

Linen is a unique natural material known for its ability to adapt to body temperature, keeping you cool in the heat and warm in air-conditioned spaces.

We include linen garments in every spring-summer collection, offering a diverse range of styles from relaxed pyjama sets to office suits and dresses.

100 days by the sea

The first fabric used in clothing was linen, and today, the process of transforming seeds into fabric remains much like it was in ancient times. Linen grows for 100 days, flowers for only a few hours, and still requires meticulous care and manual labour.

The finest linen, characterised by long and durable fibres, is cultivated in cool, humid climates. In the 12 STOREEZ collection, we use precisely this type of linen, grown by small family farms along the coasts of Western European countries and certified by European Flax™.

Organic linen does not exhaust the soil, requiring four times less freshwater than cotton and nine times fewer fertilisers. Organic linen fabric is rare and precious, accounting for less than 1% of the world's textiles.

Beauty from nature

Pure linen cannot be perfectly smooth: tiny knots and uneven thread thickness speak of the fiber's natural origin. Like all natural fabrics, linen wrinkles — it's natural, and there's beauty in that too. It's like the slightly tousled hair after a walk by the sea or the smile lines around the eyes of those who laugh a lot.

We don't treat linen chemically to prevent wrinkles; instead, we use eco-friendly and safe methods. We select materials with a diagonal weave — more flexible and resilient than usual. We also combine fibres: in the spring-summer 2024 season, we introduced suits and jeans where linen is blended with cotton, viscose, and silk.

Long-lasting quality

Linen can be worn for years — this fiber is five times stronger than cotton. Linen garments resist static, dry quickly, allow your skin to breathe, and provide a cool, comfortable feel on hot days. Caring for linen is simple — find key care tips in our care guide.
